“There is therefore now no more condemnation for those
who are in Christ Jesus “(Romans 8:1}
I talked with a friend a while ago. She warned me to be on
guard not to commit mistakes even once because if you fail, your 1000 good
deeds will be forgotten and the only thing they will be remembered is your one
mistake.
Well, that’s how you will be judged in the perfect world.
And perfect people will always be like that. They are quick to judge and fail
to reflect on their own mistakes. Well, it's
not all about them, but it's all about us, followers of Christ. Sealed by the
Holy Spirit. We take the banner of Christ in every place we go.
We know we have different struggles in life, in varied situations.
We knew we also committed many mistakes.
Sometimes we feel guilty about coming back to the Lord. Will the Lord forgive
me again?
The word I will share with you this morning is a word of
assurance that no matter how big your mistake is, the door of the Lord is
always open for you to come back to Him with full repentance like the prodigal
son who humbled himself to his father.
The world may condemn us but never to the Lord. He said in
His words “I will never leave you nor forsake you. “ (Hebrews 13:5)
Brothers and Sisters do not hesitate to come to Him and ask
forgiveness with pure heart and sincere repentance and you will experience His
overflowing mercy and forgiveness’ reminding us that every day is always a
second chance for us.
